Refunds are only applicable for incorrect or damaged deliveries. Claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery with valid proof.
Used or improperly handled materials are non-refundable.
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 3–7 business days (minimum 3 days and maximum 7 days) to the original payment method.
Cancellations made before dispatch are eligible for a full refund. Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
